Held each November, "Sounds of the Season, features the Acadiana Symphony in a free concert at St. Peter's Catholic Church.

"Salute to the Veterans"

In an effort to honor Iberia Parish war veterans, a special concert of patriotic, jazz, and WWII era music is held in late June in the Sugar Cane Festival Building.  This year's Starts and Stripes will be held in June of 2025 at 3:00 pm in the Sugar Cane Festival Building.
